Who we are
GCWP IT Solutions Ltd provides cloud architecture and consultancy services. For privacy enquiries, email grant.palmer@gcwp.co.uk.
Information we receive
This website does not provide user accounts. The project enquiry form prepares a message in your own email application; you can review it before choosing to send it. If you contact us by email, telephone, LinkedIn or Microsoft Bookings, we receive the details you choose to provide.
When you request access to the CV, we receive your name, work email address and organisation. We use these details to email a short-lived access link. The website stores only pseudonymous technical records needed to rate-limit requests and enforce link expiry and single use; it does not store the form details or the access token in plain text.
How information is used
We use enquiry details to respond, discuss potential work, provide requested services and maintain necessary business records. CV request details are used only to deliver the requested access link, protect the service from misuse and follow up where appropriate. We do not sell personal information.
Lawful basis and retention
We process enquiries and CV requests on the basis of legitimate interests and take steps at your request before entering a contract. CV access links expire after 15 minutes and can be used once. Pseudonymous request and rate-limit records are automatically deleted within 30 days. Contract and accounting records may be retained where required by law; other enquiry information is deleted when no longer needed.
Third-party services
The site is hosted in Microsoft Azure in the United Kingdom. Azure Storage processes the protected CV and pseudonymous access records, and Azure Communication Services processes the contact details needed to send CV access email. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and links to LinkedIn and Microsoft Bookings. Those providers may process technical or booking information under their own privacy terms. Hosting providers may process routine security and access logs. This site does not currently use visitor analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, or object to processing. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
This notice will be updated if the website begins using analytics or other services that change how personal information is handled.
